Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- China (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- International (USA, UK, EU, Japan, Australia, and other countries): 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Vantalio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
